What counts as a transaction? One transaction is a sales invoice, supplier bill or unmatched bank entry. Payment of an already-counted invoice is not counted again. Cash and unpaid items still count; this is not an invoice-only allowance.
Starting scope covers one entity. Higher volumes, extra accounts or more payroll employees need a tailored quote, not an automatic surcharge. Software subscriptions are separate.

Benefits apply to the same entity and agreed work. Discounted annual statements require completed books maintained by MERAKI for the relevant period. Corporate tax returns are separate and priced by annual revenue.
Included work, alternative return routes and any paid readiness credit are reconciled before you accept a proposal. Routine support allowances do not limit correction of MERAKI-caused errors or create an extra charge for those corrections.
