About compliance.

What does AML readiness cover?

An agreed programme of policies, risk assessment, training and readiness reviews, from AED 7,500 for the first-year programme. MLRO appointments, operational support and subscriptions are separately agreed.

Who issues an ICV certificate?

An approved certifying body. MERAKI prepares the agreed information and coordinates the application; certification and any required audit fees are confirmed separately.

How is the fee confirmed?

Fixed prices cover the stated standard service. Starting prices and specialist work require a scope review and written quote before payment.

Do subscribers receive benefits?

See the plan comparison for included work and subscriber rates. Benefits apply to the same entity and agreed period. Annual-statement discounts require completed MERAKI-maintained books. CT returns use the published annual-revenue tiers.

What if work is already included?

We reconcile your plan, packages and prior paid work so the same deliverable is not charged twice.

Can we discuss the route first?

The introductory discussion is complimentary. A detailed document or technical review is separately agreed; the optional AED 200 document-readiness review is credited once against MERAKI fees for the same entity and matter, with no expiry.

Who carries out specialist work?

Where a specialist provider is needed, their identity, role, scope and fees are confirmed before appointment and separate consent to share documents. An enquiry does not appoint a professional.

Are external charges included?

Government, provider and other external charges are identified separately. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Timing and responsibilities are agreed in your proposal.
