MERAKI can coordinate with suitable providers. Their identity, role, scope and fees are confirmed before appointment and separate consent to share records.
Does the programme replace our ongoing obligations?
No. The business must operate the agreed controls and assign the appropriate responsibilities. Ongoing operational support or an MLRO role is separately scoped.
How is the fee confirmed?
