What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we process your name, company, contact details and message to respond. The direct form saves a protected enquiry record on our hosting service and notifies the Meraki team by email. WhatsApp and email links are separate contact options. Please do not send passwords, ID documents or financial account details.

Enquiry records

Access is restricted to people handling enquiries. Records are reviewed and removed when no longer needed, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. Technical anti-spam controls use a keyed network identifier rather than storing your IP address in the enquiry record. Contact us to ask about your information.

Hosting and email delivery

Our hosting and email providers process technical access, delivery and security information as part of operating these services. Provider-managed logs are separate from the protected enquiry record.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Client records

The engagement sets out the handling of service records and the applicable retention requirements. Please do not send confidential documents with an initial enquiry.

Specialist providers

Where a specialist provider is needed, we identify the proposed provider, role, scope, charges and documents to be shared before seeking separate consent and any required professional appointment. An initial enquiry is not consent to share your documents with an unnamed partner.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose Allow analytics. It uses cookies to measure page visits and service/tool interactions. After consent, a fixed list of source, medium and campaign labels helps us understand referrals from search, social media and AI tools. These labels are held in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes after the latest consented page visit. Unknown referring sites are grouped without their addresses. Google receives technical connection information; we do not send enquiry fields, financial details, raw URL query strings, search terms, advertising click IDs or lead references. Advertising features are disabled. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice; withdrawing consent stops collection and clears our Google Analytics cookies and referral labels. Your choice is remembered on this device for 180 days.

This website

Your browser may remember your estimate locally on your device; you can clear it at any time. Fonts are served directly by this website. WhatsApp, email and map links open separate services with their own privacy practices. We do not use session recording or document uploads on this website.
