Common questions

About e-invoicing.

Should I buy readiness and setup together?

Basic readiness is included in cloud setup. A separate detailed assessment is only charged for distinct agreed work; we reconcile the overlap rather than add both automatically.

What does the cloud package add?

It combines supported setup, basic readiness, testing and agreed post-launch exception reviews. The proposal specifies the reviews; it is not an unlimited monitoring subscription.

Is MERAKI the Accredited Service Provider?

No such claim is made. MERAKI assists with preparation and implementation alongside the selected accredited provider, which has its own appointment and charges.

How is the fee confirmed?

The fee table distinguishes fixed standard services, starting fees and work requiring a quote. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and any external charges before you proceed.
