Does the monthly fee include recruiting Emirati employees?
No. Recruitment coordination is separately scoped through the appropriate provider where required.
Can you guarantee compliance or avoid contributions?
No outcome is guaranteed. The company must meet the applicable substantive employment requirements; administration support does not replace them.
Is this included in accounting or payroll?
Not automatically. Existing payroll work is considered when agreeing the distinct Emiratisation administration scope.
How is the fee confirmed?
The fee table distinguishes fixed standard services, starting fees and work requiring a quote. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and any external charges before you proceed.
