Common questions
About residency & treaties.
Is the introductory eligibility discussion free?
Yes. We can discuss the likely route before paid work. A detailed document or technical assessment is agreed separately.
Does the professional fee include the FTA charge?
No. Authority charges depend on the applicant and route and are identified separately before submission.
Does a certificate guarantee treaty relief abroad?
No. The foreign jurisdiction and applicable treaty determine the treatment. A separate review may be needed for the specific income and facts.
How is the fee confirmed?
The fee table distinguishes fixed standard services, starting fees and work requiring a quote. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and any external charges before you proceed.
